A Handful of fresh Italian Parsley or English parsley
250g of Spaghetti
1 Litre of Water
Salt to Taste
1. In a pot of boiling water, boil the pasta in salty water
2. In a pan, add half the olive oil along with the chopped garlic and dried chili flakes and fry for 30 seconds before adding the clams, lala, vinegar and apple juice. Cover and let it cook until clams and lala open up
3. once open add in the cooked pasta, and chopped parsley and mix well
4. taste and season if necessary.
You could opt to drizzle over some chili oil when you’re done cooking for some extra spiciness!
