Sotong and Udang Goreng Tepung

Ingredients

250g of squid, gutted, cleaned and sliced.

250g of Prawn, cleaned with shells on.

1 Egg

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of white pepper

1 cup flour

1/2 cup corn flour

1 tablespoon of salt

1 tablespoon of white pepper

Instructions

  1. Add in all prawns, squid, egg, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt and mix it all together
  2. In another bowl add flour, corn flour,1 tablespoon of salt andΒ 1 tablespoon of white pepper and mix it all together.
  3. Take individual pieces of prawn and squid and drop it on the flour mixture making sure they don’t stick to each other and coat them well.
  4. Dust of the excess flour and fry them.
