Raya is for a whole month and what do you do with all that extra rendang going around? Our in house Chef Dee Dee has the answer for you. Leftover Rendang Burger!
Ingredients

- Ready-made burger buns.
- 120mg beef rendang/or any rendang leftover.
- 1 Egg
- 20gm lettuce
- 30gm cucumber
- 15mg onion
- 20mg carrots
- 1 red chilli
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Shred the rendang and make it into a patty.
- Chop cucumber, carrots into matchstick size, slice onion, red chilies and mix them together before adding salt, vinegar, and sugar.
- Fry egg into a sunny side up and build the burger together with mixed salad, patty, and lettuce.
