Description

Raya is for a whole month and what do you do with all that extra rendang going around? Our in house Chef Dee Dee has the answer for you. Leftover Rendang Burger!


Ingredients

Scale
  1. Ready-made burger buns.
  2. 120mg beef rendang/or any rendang leftover.
  3. 1 Egg
  4. 20gm lettuce
  5. 30gm cucumber
  6. 15mg onion
  7. 20mg carrots
  8. 1 red chilli
  9. 1 tablespoon vinegar
  10. 1 teaspoon salt
  11. 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Shred the rendang and make it into a patty.
  2. Chop cucumber, carrots into matchstick size, slice onion, red chilies and mix them together before adding salt, vinegar, and sugar.
  3. Fry egg into a sunny side up and build the burger together with mixed salad, patty, and lettuce.
