Here is how you can make your own soy milk. It’s cheap and easy.
Ingredients
Scale
500g SoyBeans
3.5 Litre Water
2 Pandan Leaves *Knotted*
A Slice Of Ginger *Optional*
A Pinch Of Salt
Instructions
- Soak the soy bean overnight.
- Remove the skin from the beans and give it a quick rinse.
- In a blender, add the soybeans, and water. Blend it well.
- Strain the milk with a cloth.
- Pour the milk into a pot and boil it on a low flame with the pandan leaves, ginger, and salt until the aroma comes.
- Turn off the heat, let it cool down, and strain it.
Notes
This Unsweetened soy milk you can use it for your coffee, tea or even just drink by itself with the sweetener of your choice.
