Here’s an all time favourite snack for us, Crispy Bitter & Snake Gourd Chips. It’s so addictive, we can’t stop having it!

1 Snake Gourd, Seeds Removed and Sliced
1 Bitter Gourd, Sliced
1 Tablespoon of Curry Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
1 Tablespoon of Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon of Coriander Powder
1 Cup of Rice Flour
1 Cup of Corn Flour
Oil For Frying
Some Sugar for The Bitter Gourd
Some Curry Leaves for The Snake Gourd
1. In 2 separate bowls of snake gourd and bitter gourd, add in the marinade of curry powder, salt, chili powder, tumeric, coriander powder, rice flour, cornflour and some water. Mix it around until combined.
2. Then, in a wok, fry the bitter gourd first. Keep on stirring while in fries. Once it’s golden and crispy, remove it and set into a bowl. Drizzle some sugar onto the bitter gourd chips so that it isn’t so bitter.
3. Then in the same wok and using the same oil, fry up the snake gourd. Fry it up until golden and crispy before adding in some curry leaves. Fry until the curry leaves are crispy and remove from the oil.
