Description
Easy and tasty appetizer to pair with chips. Guacamole is so easy to make, I sometimes wonder why I don’t make it everyday? Probably because I’d finish it all up by myself before I can serve them to my guests.

Notes
Here’s a tip on how to find the perfectly ripe avocado:
Lightly pull back the stem, if it comes away easily and you find green underneath, you’ve got a good avocado that’s ripe and ready to eat.
