Ingredients
200g of Rolled Oats
2 Cups of Milk (almond milk, rice milk)
80g of Greek Yogurt
2 Heap Tablespoons of Chocolate Spread
100g Nuts of your choice
80g Chocolate Chip
80g raisins or any dried fruit of your choice
80g fresh fruit (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large mason Jar add in half the roll oats in each jar
2. Followed by half the greek yogurt, chocolate spread, chocolate chip, nuts, dried fruit in each jar
3. Lastly, pour in half the milk in each jar, close lid and place in the fridge to soak for 24 hours.
4. Shake well before eating
Notes
Add some fresh fruits like bananas, or strawberries to this for some extra nutrients!
