Description

Here we’ve made a Chili Beef Stir Fry using our very own Dish By Ili Artisanal Prawn Chili Oil!

Ingredients

Scale

To be Marinated:

300g of Flank Beef, Thinly Sliced

4 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped

2 Tablespoons of Prawn Chili Oil

1 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce

1 Tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar

1 Tablespoon of Cornflour

To Be Cooked:

4 Inches of Ginger, Sliced

12 Dried Chilies

2 Tablespoons of Oil

Garnish

Chopped Spring Onions


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add in the beef and all the ingredients. Mix it well until it is fully and evenly coated. Let it marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  2. When ready, heat up your wok with the oil. Once hot, stir fry the ginger and dried chilies until fragrant.
  3. Add in the marinated beef and stir fry for 1-2 minutes on very high heat.
  4. Once cooked, serve it and garnish with the chopped spring onions.

Notes

The longer you marinate, the better the flavors!
