
Thai Tea Butter Cookies

Description
Kepada semua peminat Thai Tea di luar sana, ini cara baru untuk menikmatinya tetapi dalam versi biskut.
Ingredients
4 Tablespoon Thai Tea Leaves
210g Butter
150g Brown Sugar
50g Castor Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla
210g Wheat Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 160C and line a tray with baking paper.
- In a mixing bowl, add castor sugar, brown sugar and butter. Beat until it becomes fluffy.
- Add eggs, vanilla essence and beat until combined.
- Add Thai tea and mix again.
- Then, add wheat flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop a teaspoon of cookie dough and place on parchment paper for each cookie. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Bake at 160C for about 13 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven after baking.
- Serve the cookies after cooling and store them in an airtight container.
Notes
Chilling the cookie dough before baking will ensure that the cookies bake in the same amount of time and the cookies will be crispy.
