250g of squid, gutted, cleaned and sliced.
250g of Prawn, cleaned with shells on.
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of white pepper
1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of white pepper
- Add in all prawns, squid, egg, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt and mix it all together
- In another bowl add flour, corn flour,1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of white pepper and mix it all together.
- Take individual pieces of prawn and squid and drop it on the flour mixture making sure they don’t stick to each other and coat them well.
- Dust of the excess flour and fry them.
