Ingredients
1/2 Cup rolled oats
1.5 Cups of water or vegetable stock
1 Garlic clove, chopped finely
1cm of ginger, sliced thinly
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Egg, fried sunny side up
Spring onions (optional)
Instructions
1. In a pot add in some oil, garlic, ginger and a splash of liquid amino before stirring in the rolled oats and water. Cook until all combined and the oats have soaked up all of the water
2. To serve, add in the oats in a bowl, place the egg on top followed by a sprinkling of spring onions
Notes
Adding too much water or vegetable stock may make your oats too runny, so make sure to measure your liquids and oats ratio.
