A VIETNAMESE PANCAKE

A few weeks ago we visited Vietnam and we tried their Vietnamese Bhan Xeo. We fell inlove! So we decided to try the recipe out for ourselves. It turned out great!
It’s so yummy and really easy to make! It’s a type of savory pancake made up of vegetables, chicken and shrimp.
We served it with a side of dipping sauce.  Traditionally, Bhan Xeo is typically served with a side of fresh vegetables like coriander, mint leaves and thai basil.
Make sure to try this recipe out for yourself and let us know what you think.
