Sweet Potato Crisps

Ingredients

2 Sweet Potatoes, Thinly Sliced
2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon of Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper, Optional for spiciness
This Sweet Potato Crisps snack is the perfect healthy snack option for when you want to munch on something!  Add Cayenne Pepper if you need that extra spice in your life 😉

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven to 120 Degree Celcius and place rack in the center of the oven.
2.Rinse and dry your sweet potatoes. Slice them uniformly thin as possible.
3.Toss slices in a touch of olive oil then sprinkle with salt. Lay out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 1 hours, flipping chips once at halfway point to ensure even cooking.
4.Remove once crisp and golden brown. Take them out and let them sit for 10 minutes before sampling Optional: sprinkle a touch of cayenne pepper to spice up your life and chips ! Enjoy!
