Instructions

1.To make the sauce, in a bowl, add in the chili flakes, chili paste, honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce apple cider vinegar together and mix well. Set aside.
2. Rinse the chicken in cold tap water and put it into a bowl. Add the milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and rosemary leaves then mix them well. Cover the bowl and leave it in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Drain off the milk.
3.Place the chicken into a ziplock bag and add the sauce. Seal the bag and vigorously shake the bag and massage the chicken so that the sauce smears well into the chicken.
4.Marinate it for at least 4 hrs in the fridge.
5.Before cooking, take the marinated chicken out and leave it to room temperature before cooking.
6.Then, bake it at 180 C for 10 minutes. Take the tray out and turn the chicken over and put it back in the oven. Bake it a further 10 minutes or until charred on the skin.
7. Serve and garnish with sesame seeds. You could even drizzle more of the sauce onto the baked chicken for added spiciness.
