An Italian Affair

Spaghetti Vongole is basically an Italian pasta dish with clams.
Being in Asia, we’re not very open to the Italian Cuisines other than our usual Aglio Olio and marinara.
Spaghetti Vongole is a super simple dish, mainly made up lots of garlic, olive oil and clams.
The briny juices from the clams help flavor this brothy sauce. The fresher the clams, the tastier the dish.
It doesn’t take long to make this dish, so get your pots and pans out now and let’s get cooking!
