‘Pegedil’ Meat Patties

Ingredients

300g Mince Meat (beef)
2 large potatoes semi steamed
1 x spring onion
1 x garlic mince
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt
Pepper
3 x eggs
1 x cup water
2 x cups oil for frying

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mash up potatoes that are semi steamed, add in mince beef, chopped up spring onions, garlic mince, cumin, salt and pepper, crack one egg and mix well
2.In a small bowl crack two eggs and add in a dash of water and set aside
3.Mold pegedil (patties) mixture into golf size balls and pat it a little to make patties and set a side
4.To cook, add in oil into a wok and heat up oil, dip the patties into the egg and slowly add it to hot oil and fry until golden brown
