Mango Trifle

Ingredients

2 Swiss Rolls/Marble Cake
500g of Sweet Fresh Mangoes
2 Packets of Mango Flavored Jelly
4 Tablespoons of Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Salt
300ml of Coconut Milk
You could even cut up some other fruits and add them to the top of the trifle before serving

Instructions

1.Cut up the swiss roll into small sizes and in a see through bowl, layer the cake at the bottom followed by the mangoes. And repeat the process.
2.Heat up the jelly according to the instructions and pour in mixture into the bowl and set aside to keep cool and set for 2 hours in the fridge.
3.Now in a small pot, add in coconut milk, sugar and salt and stir well simmer until thick.
4.Once the jelly has set in the trifle and the coconut milk has cooled down, pour over the coconut milk and serve immediately.
