Mango Lassi

Ingredients

2 cups of ripe Mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup of Yoghurt
1/2 cup of Milk
1/8 tsp of Cardamom Powder (ilachi)
3 tbs of Brown Sugar, adjust to taste
Few Mint Leaves to garnish (optional)
3 cups of Crushed Ice or Ice Cubes, use as needed
For that extra yum factor, add in some chopped Mango into the lassi!

Instructions

1.Place everything in a blender and blitz to a fine pulp.
2.Pour it into the cups. To serve, add optional garnishes, if desired.
