Mac and cheese
Mac and Cheese

2 Cups of Macaroni
1.5 Teaspoons of Salt
1 1/4 Cup of Evaporated Canned Milk
1 Cup of Shredded Sharp Cheddar
1 Cup of Cubed Processed Cheese
1 Clove of Garlic, Chopped Finely
1/2 Teaspoon of Mustard
Some Ground Black Pepper
For that added yum factor, fry up some beef bacon until crispy, chop it up and then sprinkle onto your mac and cheese! You could even add on some dried chili flakes on top for some spiciness, if you'd like that.

1.In a rice cooker, combine the macaroni, chopped up garlic, salt and 2 cups water. Set the rice cooker on the standard white rice cycle and cook for 30 minutes, or until the cooking cycle is almost complete and most of the water is absorbed.
2.Once cooked, add in the milk, all the cheese, mustard and black pepper. Close the lid, turn the cooker to the warm setting, and let cook, stirring occasionally so the bottom doesn't burn, until the cheese is melted and the milk is well incorporated, about 10 minutes.
3.Once done, serve immediately when it's still hot.
4.Optional, serve with fried bits of beef bacon.
