|2 KG of Lamb Chops|
|1 Cup of Tomato Ketchup|
|1 Cup of Chili Sauce|
|1/2 Cup of Sweet Soy Sauce|
|1 Tablespoon of Dried Mint|
|Salt and Pepper to taste|
These lamb chops are super duper easy to make but so full of flavour ! You could even have it with a side of sauteed vegetables and mash potatoes for dinner !
|1.||In a bowl, add in the lamb chops and all the ingredients. Mix well and make sure it is evenly coated. Let it marinate for a few hours. The longer the marinating duration, the stronger the flavours.|
|2.||Then, grab a grill pan and heat it up. Cook each side of the lamb for about 3 minutes each for medium rare effect or to desired doneness.|
