1/2 part sweet pumpkin
1/2 part butternut squash (if no butternut squash just add more pumpkin)
1/2 cup rice
1 part sweet potato
4 parts vegetable stock

1.In a pot, add in pumpkin, butter nut squash and sweet potato with a dash of oil and brown a little
2.Once brown add in the vegetable stock, lemongrass and tumeric leaf and simmer until vegetables are soft
3.Season with sea salt and coconut oil before pureeing
