Cucumber and Celery Sandwiches

Ingredients

1 x Japanese cucumber, deseeded and chopped thinly
1 x celery stick, chopped thinly
2 x tablespoon greek yogurt
6 x mint leaves minced
1 teaspoon dill
Salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Sliced white bread/bread rolls
The freshest kind of sandwich for a picnic or get together for afternoon tea. Too easy to make and super healthy too!

Instructions

1.Add all the ingredients in a bowl except the sliced white bread and mix well.
2.Spread over sliced white bread.
