Cornbeef Fried Brown Rice

Ingredients

2 Cups of cooked overnight brown rice
1 Tin of Cornbeef
1 Large Onion, chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
4 Cili Padi, sliced
1 Cup of Green Peas / Green Beans, chopped
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of Light Soy Sauce
4 Tablespoons of Cooking Oil
Here's a delicious and easy meal you can cook up in under 20 minutes. The cornbeef added to this fried brown rice gives off an aromatic and delicious flavour that keeps you coming back for more and more!

Instructions

1. In a pan, add in some oil and fry onions, garlic and chili padi until fragrant
2.Add in 1 can corned beef and fry for 3 minutes before adding green peas or beans. Season with soy sauce, salt pepper and sugar
3. Add on cooked rice and stir fry for at least another 8 minutes
4. In a small non stick pan, cook an egg sunny side up and serve it with the corn beef fried rice
5.For added spice, you can garnish the fried rice with chopped cili padi or chilli flakes

Who says fried rice can’t be healthy? Just swap your white rice with brown rice and you’ll be good to go!
