You can actually make these in batches and only add in the milk the night before you want to eat it. I usually assemble a variety of different overnight oats with different combinations for the whole week and only add in the milk the night before I want to eat it.
|200g of Rolled Oats|
|2 Cups of Milk (almond milk, rice milk)|
|80g Greek Yoghurt|
|2 Heap Tablespoons of Chocolate Spread|
|100g of Nuts of your choice|
|80g of Chocolate Chips|
|80g of Raisins or Dried Fruit of your choice|
|80g of Fresh Fruit (optional)|
Overnight oats are great if you are a working person and have little to no time to make breakfast before you leave for work. So all you need to do is just prepare this the night before and enjoy it in the morning !
|1.||In a large mason Jar add in half the roll oats in each jar|
|2.||Followed by half the greek yogurt, chocolate spread, chocolate chip, nuts, dried fruit in each jar|
|3.||Lastly, pour in half the milk in each jar, close lid and place in the fridge to soak for 8-10 hours.|
|4.||Shake well before eating|
