Chocolate Brownies with Salted Caramel Drizzle


100 g Soft butter
100 g Light soft brown sugar
2 medium eggs
100 g self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
50 g butter
150 g dark chocolate bar
150 g milk chocolate bars
150 g dark Chocolate bar cut into chunks
150 g milk chocolate bars cut into chunks
100 g sour cream
1 can condense milk boil in water for 2 hours to make caramel and let it cool overnight

1.Preheat the oven to 180C, gas mark 4. Grease and line baking tray with baking parchment
2.Place Butter, chocolate and melt in a banmarry until melted
3.In a bowl add in sugar into the melted chocolate mixture along with two eggs
4.Slowly fold in sieved flour and baking powder
5.Once mixture is mixed well, add in the sour cream. Lastly add in the milk and dark chocolate chunks
6.Place in tins and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until well risen and springy to the touch
7.Remove from the tins and cool on a wire rack for around 30 minutes. Leave to cool.
8.In a small pan, add in the caramel with some milk and heat up until warm so it will be easier to drizzle onto the Chocolate brownie before serving
