Beef Broccoli


150 g beef slice (cut into stripes)
1 teaspoon cornstarch (mix with 3tb water)
3 tablespoon palm oil
1 glove garlic (chop mince)
1 red onion (thinly slice)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/3 cup light soy sauce
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

1.Marinade beef with Chinese 5 spices, soy sauce, sesame oil and brown sugar about 10 minutes. Set aside
2.Heat palm oil in a wok with medium heat. Stir fry garlic and onion. Then add the marinade beef stir fry about 1 minute
3.Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and stir until bubbling. Add water if too thick
4.Add broccoli, shiitake and chili. Cook about 3 minutes. Add mixture of cornstarch and water for thickening agent
5.Add salt and pepper to taste
