I’d say the simplest and fastest way to get more fruits and vegetables daily is by making a smoothie or juice. Every now and then I make a delicious, filling and healthy green smoothie. The fun part part is when you get real creative with your fruit/veggie choices, colours and flavours. Bonus is that you don’t have to cook anything too! You can have this the morning when you’re rushing for work or as a pre and post workout drink if you like.
