Ingredients
Blended Items:
2 Ince of Turmeric
7 Pieces Cheongyang Gochu
1Packet of Golden Enoki
1 Packet of Matt Oyster
1 Packet of Shimeji White
200ml coconut milk
1 stick lemongrass
1 Piece Turmeric Leaf
1 Tamarind Slice
1 Tablespoon Salt
Instructions
- Roughly chop all of the ingredients
- Place in a blender and blend but have a chunky consistency
- In a pan, add in the mushrooms and fry until the moisture from the mushroom evaporates, next add in the blended items and fry for 2 minutes
- Next add in the lemongrass, coconut milk, turmeric leaf, tamarind slice, salt and bring to a slow simmer
- Serve with a side of steamed white rice
