2 Cups of Ripe Indian Mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 Cup of Yogurt
1/2 Cup of Milk
1/8 Teaspoon of Cardamom Powder (Ilachi)
3 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar, adjust to taste
Few Mint Leaves to garnish (Optional)
3 Cups of Crushed Ice or Ice Cubes, use as needed
- Place everything into a blender and blitz to a fine pulp.
- Garnish with some mint leaves and serve immediately.
You could opt to not add in sugar if you don’t want it to be sweet. As the ripe mangoes can be sweet on its own without the additional sugar.
