Ingredients
Ready-made burger buns.
120mg beef rendang/or any rendang leftover.
1 Egg
20gm lettuce
30gm cucumber
15mg onion
20mg carrots
1 red chilli
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
Shred the rendang and make it into a patty.
Chop cucumber, carrots into matchstick size, slice onion, red chilies and mix them together before adding salt, vinegar, and sugar.
Fry egg into a sunny side up and build the burger together with mixed salad, patty, and lettuce.
