Ingredients

1kg Large prawns (head on but skin removed and soaked n water and 1 table spoon sugar)

1 Tablespoon of Salt

1 Large Egg

2 Heap Tablespoons of Plain Flour

2 Heap Tablespoons of Corn Flour

Some oil for deep frying

20 Curry leaves

3 Chili Padi (chopped)

2 x garlic chopped finely

60 g Unsalted Butter

1 Heap Cup Nestum Cereal

1 Tablespoon of Milk powder

Instructions

1. Season the prawns with salt and pepper. Then add half the corn flour and the plain flour and toss lightly before adding it to one beaten egg and then dust more with the corn and plain flour. deep fry until crispy and brown

2. In a pan, add in butter then fry up curry leaves, garlic and chili padi for 2 minutes before adding salt, nestum cereal and milk powder

3. Coat the prawn in the nestum and mixture and serve immediately
