Ingredients
TO BE BLENDED
2 Medium sized Onions
3 cloves of Garlic
1 Inch of Young Ginger
8 Dried Chilies Soaked in Hot Water, with a bit of vinegar and seeds removed
IN THE WOK
1 tbsp of Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic
2 Sticks of Lemongrass
Chicken breast sliced thinly
1 tbls of Salt
2 TblsCili Paste That Was Blended)
2 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp of Cili Sauce
2 Tbsp of Ketchup
1 Carrot, Sliced
1/2 Cup of Long Beans, Sliced
1/2 Cup of Cauliflower Florets
4 Birds Eye Cili, Sliced
1 Green Cili, Sliced
1/2 White Onion, Sliced
3 kaffir lime Leaves
Instructions
- Blend onion, garlic, ginger and the soaked dried chillies into a fine pulp.
- In a wok add oil, garlic, lemongrass and chicken breast before seasoning with salt.
- Next add in the blended chili paste, oyster sauce, chili sauce and tomato sauce and stir well.
- Then add in all the vegetables, some water for the gravy.
- Lastly add in birds eye chilies, green chillies, onions, kafir lime leaves.
- Cook until all vegetables are cooked and serve.
