Ayam Goreng Berempah
Ayam Goreng Berempah is a very famous dish amongst Malaysians. We usually have it as a side dish with our Nasi Lemak. It’s really good to eat on its own too!
You can usually find this at roadside stalls selling Nasi Lemak. The crispiness on the outside and juiciness on the inside is what gets to us. Try this recipe out for yourself and let us know. Let’s get cooking!

1 Teaspoon of turmeric powder
A handful of curry leaves
1 Tablespoon of corn flour

3) In a wok add in oil and fry chicken for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown
Notes
To make sure your chicken is fully cooked, poke it with a toothpick up to the bone. If white liquid comes out, it’s ready and cooked. If red liquid comes out, it’s still a little raw, so give it more time to cook.
