Penang Style Char Kway Teow
Penang Style Char Kway Teow is a classic Malaysian simple and quick fried noodle. It is one of our nations favorite noodle dishes and you can now cook it in your very own home. The ‘Char’ means to fry and ‘Kway Teow’ refers to the noodle. All you need is a good wok that heats up quickly and retains the heat and a few fresh ingredients and you may indulge in the best meal ever.
Marinated Lamb Chops
Walked in the kitchen. Walked out 20 mins later with this. Viola! Marinated lamb chops, my favourite way of making them. These lamb chops are super duper easy to make but so full of flavour! You could even have it with a side of sautéed vegetables and mash potatoes for dinner. You can’t go wrong with this!
Apam Balik is a sweet pancake also known as Turnover Pancake in English that consists of crushed peanut granules and sweetcorn kernels. To achieve a crispier outer shell consistency of Apam Balik, you could opt to use 1/2 Cup of Self Raising Flour + 1/2 Cup of Rice Flour instead.
